Terms and condition to use our services:
The products and services provided by Funding Connection Pty Ltd,("Funding Connection") located at [2 Old Main Road, Hillcrest, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa]. By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.fundingconnection.co.za website and the services (the “Services’) provided and operated by [Funding Connection] (“us’, “we”, or “our”).
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and any of all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “You are” refer to you, the person accessing and using the services of Funding Connection and accepting the Company’s Terms and Conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves” and “We” refer to our Company (Funding Connection). “Party”, “Parties” or “Us” refer to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether through formal meetings of a fixed duration or by any other means, with the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in terms of providing the Company’s products and services, by and subject to applicable South African Laws. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capital letters and/ or plural, and/ or these terms, is considered interchangeable and therefore a reference to them.
Provision of Services
Funding Connection will provide products and services to the Client by the Agreement. Whereas these Terms and Condition are deemed to constitute Funding Connection’s standard terms and conditions of business, the Agreement includes Terms and Conditions personal to the Client and Funding Connection. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, the latter will prevail.
Our normal processing time is 5-12 business days, depending on the size of work to deliver the draft after we have received all the information necessary to complete the draft. By submitting information to Funding Connection, the client acknowledges that the information is true and correct according to the terms and conditions, which may be used in the business plan. If any information provided is proprietary, copyrighted, or a registered trademark, the client represents that the information is owned by the client, or has the right to use the information in their business plan.
After we have received the questionnaire, you will need to set up your free consultation session. You have during the process free email, telephonic and Zoom support. You will receive your plan as a pdf and word file. After we finished your business plan, we offer one free revision submitted in writing in the following (10) ten working days. We guarantee full non -disclosure and confidentiality and add a signed NDA. If you feel this is important to you, please sign and send it back to us.
Step by Step Action Plan for business plans and feasibility studies:
Step 1: We receive the 50% deposit to commence the project.
Step 2: You will receive the questionnaire via email and a link to book a video consultation with your allocated project manager. If you are non-responsive for more than (10) ten business days, miss or reschedule more than (2) two appointment times with the writer, or we do not receive the completed business plan questionnaire within (10) ten business days of engaging our services, no refunds will be issued.
Step 3: You need to answer the questions and schedule your video call with your project manager. You can contact your project manager via email or phone. Our project managers all have access to a cell phone, including WhatsApp to discuss and clarify your questions free of charge. The Client acknowledges that the services and products recommended to the Client by Funding Connection are done so based on the information provided by the Client, with the use of the company questionnaire. This information provided by the Client is the information that is used in compiling our products and services, in the event of the Client’s provided information being changed during/ after the product and service are being/ has been compiled by Funding Connection, an additional charge may be imposed by Funding Connection to the Client, for the updating of the product and services. Our products and services are done to the specifications provided by the clients, after the commencement of the formal meeting with the Client and us. The Client will be charged a fee for any additional information (information not offered/ and or specified in Funding Connection’s services and products). Additional research information requested by the client will result in a fee/ additional charge by Funding Connection.
Step 4: We will start with your business plan.
Step 5: We will then start with the financial forecast and discuss the details with you if required.
Step 6: We will start with the design of your business plan and add the finishing touches and confirm the deadline for your business plan.
Step 7: You will now need to pay the balance for your business plan before releasing or sending the initial draft of the work, or 30 days after the order has been placed, whichever comes first.
Step 8: You will receive the first draft of your completed business plan via email as a pdf and word document and a protected excel spreadsheet.
Step 9: Please take your time and go through your plan and advise if you need any revisions. In the event of any errors, you have ten (10) working days in which we will revise the errors in your business plan free of charge. Please submit your revision in writing. Funding Connection only offers one free revision. Any changes to the layout, contents and or features of Funding Connection’s products and services are done so under the approval of Funding Connection.
Step 10: Now, you are ready to apply for funding, and we can set up a consultation where we can advise and guide you to apply for funding.
Step 1: As soon as we receive the full payment for our services we will add you to our system, via this system you can download templates and upload the documents required for your application. You have (10) ten working days to do so, to make sure all information is up to date and relevant.
Step 2: As soon as we received all your documents, we check that all the information submitted is consistent, we will fill in your application form and send it to you to sign. We need up to (3) three working days for this.
Step 3. As soon as we receive the signed form, we will compile your application and submit it via email, online systems, or overnight courier, according to the requirements of the relevant fund or financier.
Step 4: The financier will get directly in contact with you.
Consulting. Any additional support needed outside the scope of a project, such as extra content, research, or business consulting will be subject to an additional charge, paid in advance.

When placing your order for our services please note that you will be given access to our proprietary tools in processing your order. Therefore, service orders are non-refundable and have a no-cancellation policy in our terms and conditions. In addition, cooperation and communication are needed to complete the business plan, feasibility study and capital-raising support. At our discretion, based on individual circumstances, we may offer a partial refund based upon the following steps of order completion: 1) if you cancel in writing before the first scheduled appointment with the writer, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of the plan/service will be retained; 2) if you miss the first scheduled appointment with the writer, and then cancel in writing, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the plan/service will be retained; 3) if the first conversation with the writer has occurred, all fees will remain payable and due. Upon failure to pay or any other breach of this Agreement, we have the right to suspend the performance of services according to this Agreement by providing you with a five (5) day written notice of failure to pay by this Agreement. Such suspension shall continue until the event causing such suspension is cured or this Agreement is terminated pursuant to the terms hereof. The suspension of the performance of services shall not cause any suspension of the term of this Agreement or your payment obligations hereunder. We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, terminate this Agreement effective immediately upon written notice to you if (i) provision of services would be unlawful under any applicable law, ordinance, rule or regulation; (ii) obligation to perform services hereunder remains suspended for ten (10) or more business days; or (iii) failure to pay us all amounts and fees when due. You may terminate this Agreement only if a material breach of this Agreement remains uncured by us for no fewer than thirty (30) days. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately pay all amounts due hereunder. You shall not be entitled to any reimbursement, refund, or return of any amounts paid hereunder because of the termination of this Agreement. The Client has 10 (ten) business days from receiving the product and/ or service, in which Funding Connection will offer one revision to correct any errors to the product and/ or service at no cost. Any additions to the Client’s final product and/or service after the (10) ten working day revision period will be done at a cost to the Client.
