He is also a member of COMENSA (which is Coaches and Mentors South Africa). He is a businessman with a marketing background. His coaching philosophy centers around Personal Leadership which he applies to various aspects of life. Ofile's focus on SME owners is fuelled by the philosophy that the SME industry is the driving force of any free market economy and these businesses establish and restore the dignity of families in society. He founded EVOLV with Ofile in 2018 and has impacted thousands of lives through his coaching and public speaking.
