If you want to draft your own business plan but need guidance to do so, you've come to the right place. Our business plan drafting course, created by Dagmar Breiling, is designed to help you develop your own business plan and apply for funding successfully. This course is perfect for you if:

  • You want to draft your own business plan.
  • You have enough time.
  • You are on a tight budget.

The course includes our own templates for the written part of your business plan and financials. In 9 modules, you will be guided through the entire process of developing your business plan and financials to help ensure you're accepted by the relevant funding institution. Here's a breakdown of each module:

Module 1: Gain insight into how to pitch your products or services, suppliers, and cost prices expertly.

Module 2: Learn about your market, ideal client, competitors, how to find your customers, and how to incorporate these things correctly into your business plan.

Module 3: Look at your sales and marketing strategies, low-cost and no-cost marketing strategy, online and offline marketing strategies, pricing structure, distribution channels, unique selling point, and how to position yourself in the market.

Module 4: Focus on management and team efficiency, as well as how to set up your administration.

Module 5: Dedicate time and concentration to picking your best company name and registering your company through the right channels.

Module 6: Understand financial models, including an Excel template with all the relevant pages so that you can successfully apply for finance or raise equity funding. Together, this module will help you draft your cash flow statement, income statements for five years, balance sheet for five years, and the monthly amortisation schedule for five years.

Module 7: Learn how much capital you will need for your business venture, including deciding what really needs funding and what doesn't.

Module 8: Dedicated to helping you draft your executive summary. This summary is essential as it's the first thing any financier will read in your business plan. It's crucial that it gives them the necessary information they need and grabs their attention.

Module 9: Add all the information into the word template provided and create your final business plan.

Bonus: Join the Get Funded Webinar hosted by Dagmar Breiling, our international Funding Strategist. In this webinar, she will explain what you need to have in place to be able to apply for funding with government institutions, commercial banks, and development funds.

You will receive access to the course immediately after payment. Don't wait any longer to take control of your business plan and secure funding for your business.
