Here's a breakdown of each module:
Module 1: Gain insight into how to pitch your products or services, suppliers, and cost prices expertly.
Module 2: Learn about your market, ideal client, competitors, how to find your customers, and how to incorporate these things correctly into your business plan.
Module 3: Look at your sales and marketing strategies, low-cost and no-cost marketing strategy, online and offline marketing strategies, pricing structure, distribution channels, unique selling point, and how to position yourself in the market.
Module 4: Focus on management and team efficiency, as well as how to set up your administration.
Module 5: Dedicate time and concentration to picking your best company name and registering your company through the right channels.
Module 6: Understand financial models, including an Excel template with all the relevant pages so that you can successfully apply for finance or raise equity funding. Together, this module will help you draft your cash flow statement, income statements for five years, balance sheet for five years, and the monthly amortisation schedule for five years.
Module 7: Learn how much capital you will need for your business venture, including deciding what really needs funding and what doesn't.
Module 8: Dedicated to helping you draft your executive summary. This summary is essential as it's the first thing any financier will read in your business plan. It's crucial that it gives them the necessary information they need and grabs their attention.
